Chocobo Raising

How are you suppose to get a mental stat up to lvl 3 when your both physical are lvl 8? D: I've been on this topic for like forever and since if you do one training the opposite stats go down. Please help :P

Since you have the physical stats at 8, go do free runs (races) and build up a ton of chocobucks. With the chocotrains, you can raise a stat slightly without lowering any others.

If i remember right it takes 7 or something just to raise a stat one level.

When you get 8/8 physical stats, you can use speed apples and do the free runs. It's kinda slow to start, but you'll notice that as you build up discernment with training tokens, you'll start placing first more often

and Caivian is right that you need 7 chocotrains for 1 stat increase ^^. When you go to spend your chocobucks though, don't worry about getting the tokens unless you're using them for a different chocobo. If your chocobo is still in the stables, it's much more cost-effective to put them in a training session instead of buying the token for said session. (It makes a lot more sense when looking at the menu @_e/ haha)

Question, Do I get the 90 chocobucks one or the 100 chocobucks one :o and you also have wonderful day Israfel ! :D

The 100 chocobuck ones work on retired chocobos, the 90 chocobuck ones work on chocobos you are currently raising/have in stables.

If I recall correctly, there's 80 chocobuck ones that do the same trick but only works on chocobos in the stables. Instead of giving you a token, it just gives you a training session right there. Still takes 7 of these to gain a full level, but you're saving 70 chocobucks per level by going on this route^^
