Unable To Start A Voidwatch Battle

for some reasone this camopaing around i am unable to start any vodiwatch battles on my main character.

- I have 154 voidstones on me
- I have doublecheck it is set to take from stock
- stratums are the same levels as my mules ( should be completed all)
- my mules works fine to pop it (but my main dont get any rewards)

It simply does not give me the option to do so when clicking the twirly.

Any known things that can cause this ?

my main does not.
my mules both do.
