I'm betting either the Republicans gain massive seats in the senate or are one seat short of the majority.

I will bet that we will not have UN observers to check the honesty of our elective process.

Why again should the UN check our elective process?

I'm betting that, no matter who's elected this year, nothing will get done for the next 2 years.

If we have a Republican Congress, Obama would just veto everything cause it's highly unlikely that the Senate would bypass the veto.

If we have a Democrat Senate, Harry Reid will just continue to shelf anything from the House, so nothing will get passed again.

Either way, Obama will just continue his rhetoric of "Congress isn't passing anything I like doing anything again, so I'll just legislate by executive order."

I'm betting this will be a massive waste of taxpayer money that will be overlooked on an "Us versus Them" mentality, justified elaborate election spending, and *if* the Dems win, "voter fraud" or "indoctrination" parroting by the extreme republicans about "dey turk urr jerbs!" despite not wanting to do the jobs themselves.

And I'm betting that this will all be a giant waste of time, that *if* the Republicans win, there will be faux moral outrage by the extreme democrats, which don't really represent any kind of acceptable liberal values, claiming that only racist, evil, old white folk bent on sending jobs overseas for cheaper labor and faulty products, are the only ones in power.

So... I guess what I'm trying to say is...

I'm betting it'll be Business as Usual.

first of all... you can't take both sides of a bet.

second, if you were going to do this properly you should have created a list with all the close races so people could bet on each one.

my money is on republicans take colorado because the democrats are too high to care enough to vote.

and then nobody cares and we spend the next two years the same as the last six trying to fix the blame rather than fix the problems

Hopefully this is good news for Massachusetts!

Personally Martha Coakley reminds me too much of Alice Drummond (Ray Finkle's mom in Ace Ventura) to get my vote. Plus she's a communist.

Greg Abbot cause I do think he is a better choice for the state than Wendy Davis.

John Cornyn cause he hasn't been bad as a Senator for us. At least he isn't Ted Cruz.

Dan Patrick/Ken Paxton/Eddie Zamora cause their opponents suck. Less of two evils type of thing.

George Bush just to piss off the liberals of the nation.

Nasui you wouldn't know a communist if one bit you in the ankle.

Long ago, in my wonderfully misspent youth, I could distinguish between at least 9 flavors of communists by year and vineyard.
