Nik, I haven't seen you spreading vile evilness in other threads of late.

Have you gotten lax and bored watching the world burn to aught but a feeble ember?

Second cup of coffee, still hazy. I'm in that state of not being tired, but not being alert. That coasting state.

On the bright side, got my taxes filed last night so that's good.

Hey Blood.

Neither. I try to limit my evil to three threads a day max.

I was informed I don't exist yesterday due to my time zone... Still trying to figure out how that's gonna play out.
The rabbit hole goes deeper than anticipated. I'm fairly certain both He-Man and Gumby play a role. Don't trust squirrels. I repeat, do not trust squirrels.
I'm waiting to hear how this story begins... actually I really want a movie made out of the whole thing.

But I'll settle for text.

Mediocre. I just took my job back at the grocery store, they're fine with leaving me "part-time" and know that I'm leaving the second I find something in the day time. They've also put me back at my old pay so I've really lost nothing here aside from my pride.

Still sending out applications, found promise in a local warehouse-type job that assembles bearings for John Deere. My mothers current "man" (I still haven't decided what to call him) used to deliver to them and is in incredibly high standing with them, so they're looking for my application(just submitted it yesterday). Looks to be an 8-5 job and apparently the inside and the break rooms especially are amazing.

Ummm... did I miss any questions?

That moment when you get the horse that's slower than normal walking speed. Gotta love random number generators.

You can also make them play tug of war(and test their speed) by lashing them together with ropes if I remember correctly.

Closest costco is ~30mins in a nearby town.

They're surprisingly not very common out here since they have to compete with Sam's Club which has a better presence. Iowans also seem to like the smaller/employee owned stores so places like Hy-Vee(Think H.E.B. for anyone from the south) and Aldi's are far more popular than larger warehousey stores.

I don't remember winning 39 of those times. ._.

I'm not huge on buying bulk unless it's something like toilet paper.

While I enjoyed that kind of thing, I always hated walking downstairs, back when I lived with my mother, and finding stacks and stacks of paper towels or plates, sometimes even soda(she'd buy it in bulk and we'd essentially have our own store display in the basement of the stuff).

I don't use much, well except fluids I suppose I do drink a lot and I'm not talking alcohol. But I'm still constantly dehydrated no matter what or how much I drink so I can't really stop myself there.

I could go through them in six weeks.

I use enough paper towels and paper plates to personally assure the relocation of at least three native tribes from a rain forest over the course of my life.

But they're just. so. convenient. Especially paper towels; kitchen towels don't get things nearly as clean and dry.

That said, all we have around here is Sam's Club, and while it's not very far from me, it is annoying to get to due to its location, so I never go.

I would recommend going with "Mr. HisLastNameHere" it's polite and "non committal" in the sense that calling him by his first name implies a certain familiarity that, if I were you, I wouldn't feel comfortable having with them.

Hard to do, I don't normally ask for last names unless in a professional setting. I'm not cold towards him in any way, and I don't mind addressing or talking to him. It's more when talking about him, because I don't feel right calling him my mother's boyfriend and he's certainly not my father.

I don't recall where in Iowa that you are but They have a plant in Dubuque that is really nice. JD is a good place to work and base pay there is better than average.
