A friend always told me to take your current skill level and divide by three. Then go fight mobs at that level. So for skill 211 you should be fighting mobs ~Lv70. If you have /dnc (could possibly get away without it) you can fight mobs in Valley of Sorrows, just be careful of the manticores (their heat breath can be nasty). Stick to the raptors and rocs. Can also do some FoV pages for the tabs to buy the regen enhancement and also a chance at temp items from blue chests when they drop.
