Ultimately I am going to push RemoteUtilities and LogMeIn Hamachi. Those were the easiest ones I could find to use and actually free for small networks like our customers would use.

I tried RDP but I have some kind of curse with that... going on like 7 years since I first tried to use it and never managed to make it work.
